1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and express shipping options across Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada. We do not ship internationally.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders shipped to Canada are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Fancy Beauty is unable to take responsibility for these taxes, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- For international clients, including those in Canada, we kindly advise you to be mindful of any additional duties or taxes imposed by local customs. Fancy Beauty is not responsible for covering these additional charges.
- Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Our shipping rates are determined through FedEx and include insurance to safeguard your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, we will credit you the original value of the item once Fancy Beauty has thoroughly investigated the matter and is satisfied with the results.
- In the event of an exchange, international taxes and shipping fees will not be refundable. Additionally, any shipping delays are beyond the control of Fancy Beauty and cannot be attributed to our responsibility.
1. Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fancybeautys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
